A business struggling to survive inevitably compromises on its care for its crew and its promise to the community. We exist to break that cycle.
Compassionate Profit is the discipline of using financial abundance to care for our people, our community, and the world. I believe you are designed to be fruitful—to multiply—not for the sake of hoarding, but for the sake of stewardship.
Profit is the resource that allows you to offer better benefits, higher wages, and deeper community impact. The health of your business determines the quality of life for your employees.
My journey to strategy wasn't just about business growth; it was about human impact.
Over the last 7 years, I moved from the front lines of non-profit advocacy to the engine room of corporate operations. I began my career directing field offices, rallying support, and knocking on thousands of doors. I saw the grit required to push a mission forward. Yet, I also experienced the limitation of operating within a system of scarcity.
I then stepped into the engine room as a Payroll and Benefits Analyst supporting over 4,000 employees ensuring that every gets paid and is cared for -- the same mission as the nonprofit, but with a different business model. There, I witnessed a fundamental truth: You cannot truly care for your crew members if you operate with a mindset of scarcity.
I founded Relief Point Solutions to combine the determination of my advocacy roots with the analytical precision of national administration. I help visionary leaders build thriving business models that sustain their mission.
Because I am dedicated to your vision, I am committed to transparent financial independence. In an industry filled with kickbacks and vendor partnerships, Relief Point Solutions stands apart.
I am only paid by you, never by third parties.
I accept no sponsorships and no commissions from software vendors.
I answer to only to my client and their best interest.
My only goal is to build the business model, strategies, and systems that best serve your mission and your people.
The Foundation (Responsibility):
I start by looking at your current systems, your vision and the numbers. My background in Admin, Payroll, and Compliance for thousands of employees means I never forget that every decision impacts a real person's livelihood-- every decision impacts a life.
The Multiplier (Strategy):
I identify the variables in your operations that allow you to shift from “surviving” to “thriving,” optimizing your workflow to increase capacity without increasing burnout-- a clear vision with a streamlined system.
The Harvest (Abundance):
The result: A thriving vision that generates the resources needed to care for your crew and transform your community.
